I serve as the neuropsychologist for the movement disorders surgery team and am participating in research involving the cognitive effects of deep brain stimulation. In addition, I am currently developing a dataset neuropsychological evaluations of all patients who have undergone deep brain stimulation surgery at this institution since approximately 2006, in collaboration with the Neurology department. My postdoctoral fellowship experience involved extensive training, as well as research, involving the neuropsychological aspects of deep brain stimulation surgery.
